In recent days, Hubei Provincial Human Resources and Social Security Department, Hubei Provincial Department of Education, and Hubei Communist Youth League co-released the financing-supporting list of the first batch of Hubei Province Graduate Enterprise Programmes in 2018. 27 graduate enterprise programmes from Jingzhou were listed with a supporting fund of RMB 1.23 million. 

In order to implement the instruction spirit of "gathering talents worldwide" and making full use given by President Xi Jinping, deeply carry out the plan of “Talents Choosing Hubei”, and encourage and support more university graduates to start business and make innovation in Hubei, at the early of this year, Hubei Provincial Human Resources and Social Security Department, Hubei Provincial Department of Education, and Hubei Communist Youth League joined hands to carry out graduate enterprise financing supporting programmes of 2018 to provide gratis supporting for on-campus university students and universities graduates within five-year graduation who start business in Hubei.

Through voluntary application, field investigation, expert assessment, and public notice, 507 graduate enterprise programmes have been selected out from 1,503 ones.

There are 448 programmes listed in the first batch, each of which gained a financing support of around RMB20, 000 to 80,000.

Among them, 27 were from Jinghzhou: 6 from Jingzhou City, 13 from Jingzhou District, 1 from Jiangling County, 2 from Gong’an County, 3 from Shishou City, and 2 from Honghu City.

The second batch will be provided witha support of at least RMB 100,000. The detailed support amount will be defined after expert re-examination and TV match.
